Holding your Frequency
This is an ongoing problem of living in a world of dualities and trying to reach higher levels of enlightenment.
Light versus dark. Structured Reality versus Universal Love. It’s a common conflict for lightworkers and healers. Here’s an example of what I mean….
You’re diligently working on raising your vibration, while so much turmoil and opposition is coming at you from others. You ask, how do I maintain higher levels of awareness in the face of so much negativity, domination of the culture, emotional blackmail or even violence?
Observe that they are trying to force their beliefs and intentions upon you, that is the first step. Then you observe your core and hold it.
Ask questions to turn it around, back to who they are and find out if they are acting in Truth.
Resist the temptation to react. Resist bringing yourself down only to have to clear it away again and work your way back to peace. This is considered in my theory, a sense of CORE training.
THE MORE OFTEN YOU ARE CHALLENGED, THE MORE OFTEN YOU GET TO PRACTICE AND STRENGTHEN YOUR INNER CORE BEING. YOU SIMPLY OBSERVE. HOLD YOUR AWARENESS.
You are not obligated to lower your vibration to appease them. You are only obligated to fulfill God’s purpose for your life, to reach for closer levels of communion with Him.
Use the gifts of Life, of your precious life force, in the best way possible.
Deep Abiding Love
It’s hard to define. It is not quantifiable. There are no parameters or structures, there are no words that can explain what a deep abiding Love feels like.
I have such a sensitivity to all of life. When somebody expresses themselves I feel it empathically. When someone is in pain I feel it. When someone is kind to me I’m surprised by how much love I feel in return. It just wells up in me, overcomes every other thought, every other plan. It wipes out concern prejudice judgement. After all the trouble and hardship that I’ve been through what remains is only love.
I think God is showing me something. I spent so much of my life trying to be sharp and keen and on top of things. Almost like my plans, my intellect are falling back, while my vision for humanity, for nature, the weather, the planet have expanded beyond any logic. There are no limits to this kind of love.
If somebody is resonant with me on those levels we could connect from anywhere on this planet. We could connect from any dimension on the higher levels. We could connect on the angelic and the Holy Spirit levels. There are no boundaries for this kind of love.
The only little fear in the back of my mind when I have so much love in my heart and in my energy field, is that maybe I’m coming to the end of my road. I mean isn’t that the goal to learn to love that much on the planet despite all of the opposition, all the chaos, all of the arguments. Isn’t that the goal for life, to learn to be like Yeshua?
What happens next? I don’t know. I only know what I feel and it is truly blissful.

Cosmic Consciousness
I understand now.
All consciousness is available when you are not focused on your singular identity.
Self concept is extinguished, or ignited, into many dimensions.
I AM simply a construct of atoms and frequencies changing through infinite times/spaces.
Is this called enlightenment? Part of the ascension? I think I will just call it expanded Awareness.
Arts, Sciences and Knowledge of the ages are together in the highest spaces of consciousness.
One must reach upward to synthesize understanding of the various points of the construct. Each construct of the mind is a matrix of thought forms.
Our reality, or any other, is made up of memories, dreams, visualizations and stories including all pasts and futures saved in the collective.
The wisdom of intellect and understanding is mirrored at the highest level of consciousness. In order to perceive this, one must do the clearing work and remove preconceptions.
In essence, they are reflections and refractions of Light. -Su Maya
Reaching Higher
Spiritual Warfare
Many opinions and discussions abound regarding conflicts in the world. It’s all over the news, the web, between friends and enemies.
What is not discussed is the vulnerability of our minds and astral bodies to dark forces during peak periods of turmoil. You have to be aware of your emotions and any bad habits that allow dark entities to enter your space.
Times when you are anxious, depressed, enraged can break holes in your astral body. Getting drunk or high will help parasitic entities attach and drain your life force.
These are especially stressful events to face and the best way to deal with it is stay calm, centered and balanced. Practice your meditation and pray often to keep spiritual guidance present.
It is part of the planetary evolution. We cannot stop all events or other’s reactions.

Think about it
Is the Universe made of substance or space? Think about it. It is made of both, it is also made of more than that. The Universe is made of energy. Energy in motion.
God put the universe into motion by His consciousness, His mind, His voice. That’s why the Bible says in the beginning was the word and the word created everything.
And there’s so much more in Consciousness that we’re still discovering. There are dimensions. There are spaces between dimensions. There are interdimensional communications. And we can move energy with our thoughts too.
This is how we can learn to heal our selves, our loved ones, our environment.
This is how we can create a new reality from the substance that God put in motion. Just like He did billions of years ago. So when you pray and when you meditate you are moving the same substance of energies.
First, you need a new reality that is pure and clear and then you can create anything you want inside of it.
It begins by healing yourself. You must move out the dark energies, the negative thoughts, the attachments to worldly constructs of reality, then through this space of clarity you can formulate the next Realm of existence for yourself.
It is very difficult for most human beings to understand what this means. They believe that they must choose from what they already know. They want to recreate what they’re already familiar with. Then what they do is repeat the old paradigm of pattern and wonder why aren’t they creating anything new.
So if you can do some of the meditations to clear your mind, your heart, your body, your expectations, then you will begin anew.
